After being on Maternity leave for the last 16 months Carly is ready to go again — ready and raring she is awaiting your call to put her to work. 

Carly Clough is a Registered Sales agent and Auctioneer in the ACT, with an active Real Estate Licence in NSW, and has over 20 years of experience in the industry.

Her passion for the real estate industry is evident in her career history, working her way up from a receptionist role to where she is now, having achieved outstanding sales results for both sellers and buyers, with over 500 sold properties in Canberra and interstate.

Growing up in the country has provided Carly with the drive and determination to succeed in all aspects of her professional and personal life. Her athletic and sporting background has taken her to China, where she utilised her winning formula to compete with the Australian Softball Team to win a Bronze Medal at the World Championships in 2003. Carly has succeeded in other aspects of her life, so it is not surprising that her success in real estate continues to grow.

Carly's focus is to provide her clients with the utmost professional service, understanding the importance of creating solid working relationships and operating as a team with her colleagues and clients. I recently sold my property, 6/1 Gungahlin Place through LJHooker Gungahlin with the assistance of Carly Clough and Jess Smith. Throughout the entire process, I found Carly and Jess to be extremely helpful, professional and easy to communicate with. Carly and Jess were always very responsive to my enquiries, even if they may have been silly questions as I was a first time home seller. Jess in particular went beyond what I would consider a high level of service to assist with the contracts being exchanged in late April - including driving across Canberra to collect the necessary paperwork from the buyer who was unable to do so herself at the time. Her efforts were greatly appreciated. Carly also was very proactive in following up people who had been through my property and progressing the final sale with someone would had originally seen my unit some months back but required some time to get the finances together. I am well aware that the price Carly obtained was an excellent result considering the market and other sales within the complex for much less. I have already recommended Carly and Jess to a couple I know in the Gungahlin area looking to sell their property and buy again in the area. I will continue to recommend Carly and Jess. Considering selling property can be a very stressful thing, I believe as my sale was handled by Jess and Carly, it was as stress free as it could be. I wish Carly and Jess all the best for the future and should I ever be in need of a real estate agent on the north side again, I will definitely be looking to work with Carly and Jess again.
